How It Works

Fresco Furnishings offers consignment to sell your household items as well as buying outright. We’re the perfect place to showcase your items for others to purchase and enjoy, and you get the ease of just collecting the money.

As the seller, with the consignment option:

• You will receive 50% of the selling price of your items.
• We will keep your item to sell for 90 days.
• We have a markdown of 20% at 30 days and second markdown of 20% at 60 days.
• Items must be clean and not in need of any repairs.
• Items picked up by the owner in the first month will be charged a 10% stocking fee.
• Any unsold items must be picked up upon completion of their contract date or become the property of Fresco Furnishings.
• After an item sells, money is deposited directly into your consignment account. That money can be used as store credit or collected in cash if the balance is under $50. If the balance exceeds $50, we can write you a check to pick up or we can mail it. We suggest you monitor your consignment account on a regular basis. We will not call to notify you when an item has sold.
• Fresco Furnishings is not responsible for damage or theft of items. We suggest you insure valuable or expensive items through your homeowners insurance.

We request that you send us photos and a description of your item (brand, age, any damage, appraisal value) to info@frescofurnishings.com for consideration. An appointment to discuss special requests can be made by calling 614-586-1963 during business hours of 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Fridays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday.

Once your item is accepted for sale by Fresco Furnishings, a consignment account is created and you can check periodically in real time whether your item has been sold. The Consignment Log-in link is located at the top of each page of this website or the homepage on the mobile site.
